The Human Resource Development (HRD) Ministry has already released the top universities, management, engineering and pharmacy colleges list. The ‘India Ranking Report 2016’ of the country’s government and private institution was prepared according to the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF), an entity launched by the ministry in September last year for six categories.
